Renting from us involves the following steps:
Find a suitable condo for you.
Agree to monthly rental rate and/or you may be able to get a discount if you make full payment in advance.
Sign a rental agreement / contract with you and our agency.
If you do not move in immediately we require a reservation deposit to hold and reserve the condo or house for you.
If you are not in Thailand we will give you our bank details so you can make an a bank transfer.
In most cases we require a security deposit of 2 month rent. For short term rentals we usually require a 1 month deposit.
Report you to immigration with the address of your new accommodation/place of residence.
You only pay for utilities during your rental term & final cleaning at the end.
Any bills coming from the condominium management to your door is being paid by us.
Should there be any problems I.e water damage (which can happen) just notify us and we will take care of the problem immediately.
